Distance from Colby Canyon Trailhead to Red Box Gap: 3.75 miles Class 3 rock just West of Strawberry Peak is fun but can be dangerous if you get off the proper route. There's lots of yucca plants around and many encroach the trail. You'll probably get punctured at least a few times. To do these 3 peaks it might have been better to have parked at and started out at the Colby Canyon trailhead (instead of Red Box). I'm still not sure about this though. It may be about the same amount of work either way.
