Baldy Times 5

Success. I reached Baldy's summit for the 5th time at 11:30pm. So that was 40 miles for the day with 19,500 feet of gain and loss.

The 3rd summit started to get hard, the forth was brutal, and the fifth was off the scale. I was really finished up after the 4th one. The 5th round was one of the hardest things I've ever done. I kept falling asleep while walking and could barely move my legs. The last thousand feet to the summit was a blur and seemed to take an eternity. Good thing the summit isn't any higher. I don't think I could have done another 100 feet.

Thanks John (Mountainboy) and all the others for setting up a fantastic fundraiser! It was great to meet everyone and awesome that Jordan and family could be there to summit as well.

I'll post up some times and photos a little later. Right now I'm still trying to recover.
