Vivian Creek Trailhead (you go up the road to the right of the signs)
Significant snow began around the point the trail reaches the creek (7100 ft). It was a snowshoe hike from that point on.
High Creek Camp to the left. Halfway Camp to the right.
High Creek. Last chance for water. Much of the creek was covered over. Fortunately a few places were exposed. This is where I got water.
Going up the gully from High Creek Camp. This was probably the most strenuous part.
Had to push hard at this point. Elevation definitely noticeable now. I didn't think about it at the time but I wonder if this spot is prone to avalanche?
Interesting cornice that has formed below the summit
Amazing pocket of snow that formed a small snow cave somehow.
